Terms of Service

By accessing, registering, or using the Rare Professions platform (the "Service"), you enter into a binding agreement with Rare Professions Global Ltd. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access the Service ("Users"), including both Individual Candidates and Corporate Subscribers.

Subject to compliance with these Terms and payment of applicable fees, Rare Professions grants Subscribers a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for internal business recruitment purposes. This license strictly prohibits sub-licensing, reselling, or exploiting the underlying code or architecture.

You are responsible for safeguarding the credentials used to access the Service. Rare Professions utilizes a multi-tenant architecture; any attempt by a User to bypass logical isolation barriers, access data belonging to another Tenant, or reverse-engineer the API is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate termination and legal action.

Subscribers retain all right, title, and interest in and to the Candidate Data they upload or generate within their isolated tenant ("Tenant Data"). Rare Professions claims no ownership over Tenant Data but requires a worldwide, royalty-free license to host, copy, and display such data solely as required to provide the Service.

Candidates warrant that all resume data, employment history, and qualifications submitted are accurate and truthful. Rare Professions reserves the right to suspend any Candidate account found to be fabricating credentials or engaging in scraping activities.

Certain features, such as Public Job Posting Licenses or Premium Agency tiers, are subject to fees. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. Failure to pay applicable fees may result in the downgrade or suspension of the Subscriber's access to premium features.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rare Professions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill. The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Rare Professions and its licensee and licensors from and against any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt arising from your use of the Service or violation of any third-party right.

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Indore, Madhya Pradesh, in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified via the Platform or email. Continued use of the Service following such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
